The personnel in coordinator team needs to make sure the programme flow for each service and event are well-prepared and runs according to schedule. They're also the one who makes sure that there're enough resources and manpower for each of the ministry. Most of the time, they act as the eye and ear of Pastor Jonathan to help him ensure everything runs smooth and within expectation.

Members who're interested to join this ministry are encouraged to voice their interest but the requirements for joining this ministry will be high, especially requiring high dedication, obedience and diligence in executing orders. Those who joined this ministry will be able to improve upon their management skill, time and resource coordination skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill and more.

2.    MUST BE DISCIPLED (ONE on ONE) by CG Leader or Zone Leader every week OR at least once every 2 weeks.

3.    MUST COMMIT to the vision and mission of CYC Praise & Worship Team.

4.    MUST have a worship and prayer life everyday.

5.    MUST HAVE a good attitude, teachable and discipline in CYC Praise & Worship Team.

6.    MUST BE WILLING to learn and corrected by the Leader of CYC Praise & Worship Team.

7.    MUST SHOW a good example and life testimony in studies, school, college, family, working place, career, love relationship, church and CG.

8.    MUST BE SERIOUS with this serving and always give the BEST performance  in CYC Praise & Worship Team.

9.    MUST LOVE to listen to praise & worship songs everyday.

10.   MUST have a MP3 player.

11.   MUST MEMORIZE lyrics and tempo.

12.   MUST spend time to practice the songs we listed out at least half an hour to one hour everyday.

13.   MUST HAVE a nice, proper and fashionable dressing when serving and representing CYC Praise & Worship Team on stage. All female MUST make up when serving and representing CYC Praise & Worship Team on stage.

14.   MUST BE PUNCTUAL for practice and meeting of CYC Praise & Worship Team.

15.   MUST ATTEND every Saturday’s practice and prayer at 2pm, L3, Wisma FGA, regardless that Saturday is serving on stage or not.

16.   MUST HAVE a valid reason (eg.exam, home town, sick, class) of not able to come for practice.

17.  MUST BE NOTED that your ATTEDANCE shows your COMMITMENT towards CYC Praise & Worship Team.

18. MUST BE REMINDED that CYC Praise & Worship Team is a team that pursues holiness and purity. It does not promote any individual. It's not a self-seeking team, not a place to show off and it's not a place where we can take things for granted. The expectation from every vocals and musicians is very high and the spiritual life is what matters most.

We have a team of talented young people who are in charge of multimedia ministry, this team is responsible for all the following tasks:

Photographer - to capture all important events for FGA CYC, he/she must possess a camera to join this team
Video - Video shooting, editing, presentation
Arts and Design - Includes stage decoration, event poster/banner, bulletin.

This team is responsible for the lighting effect during FGA CYC events in order to create the right atmosphere for praise and worship. The team has grown bigger over the years with more and more young people participating. With creativity in mind, the team is always updating with the technology for lighting.

The security ministry is responsible for making sure everything runs smooth and secure during our church service. They also helps to maintain order and reach out to those who require assistance in church.

Therefore, our security members are well-prepared and trained to handled sudden and difficult situations. Hence, members are encouraged to join this ministry to help in church and to grow their individual mentality.

The purpose of this ministry is to build the self-confidence of the young people besides being a platform for them to expose their talent and potential. Moreover, there is a need to perform whenever there are FGA CYC events and at such, this ministry is to build a team which is full of creativity and power in their dances.

Currently, the dance ministry has dance class every Saturday at 2:00 pm for new students and 3:00 pm for advanced students, at FGA main building dance room. Our main focus is on modern dance and hip-hop. Our fees is reasonable; choreographed by a professional dance instructor.

This ministry is responsible for organizing futsal events for CYC. We believe that futsal is a good way for our youths to have a healthy sporting lifestyle. It is also a very good way for CYC members to build relationship amongst themselves and with new friends, and as a vehicle for CYC to spread gospel to new friends. Some current CYC members and even leaders in CYC believed Christ through futsal!

Since the start of CYC we've been having futsal tournaments every year. This ministry tried to involve everyone in CYC for futsal tournaments, so we have unique tournaments held where guys and girls played together in a team with special rules that favour girls and to protect girls from injury and fair play. These tournaments have been held consecutively for years with success.

This dynamic team dedicates themselves to provide the best for all. Members who join this ministry will be able to learn about website operation.

This ministry involved in all the paperwork required for the church and members. All weekly reports, translations, registration, and all things involving paperwork are all done professionally in this ministry.

Members who join this ministry will be able to learn new skills on typewriting, time management, collaboration work and many more professional office skills. Therefore, those who are interested are welcomed to join this ministry.
